My name is Aiyana, I am a degree qualified naturopath and owner of Idyllic Medicine Naturopathy. I use a ‘root cause’ approach in my consultations and provide you with a foundational understanding of functional herbal medicine, nutrition & total holistic mindbody healing.

IDYLLIC (adjective) meaning: pleasing or picturesque in natural simplicity, something extremely pleasant, beautiful, or peaceful.

At Idyllic Medicine, I utilise ancient wisdom passed on by traditional herbal practices, combined with modern clinically researched understandings of physiology, to provide you with the answers to your health concerns you have been searching for. I aim to treat the body as a whole & therefore it is acknowledged that all body systems are, in fact, connected. And by doing so, stimulating one’s vitality to encourage innate bodily wisdom & total healing.
