This Cancellations and Refunds Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to cancellations and refunds for services and products purchased through the Idyllic Medicine Naturopathy website (the "Website") owned and operated by Aiyana Ward (the "Practitioner").

2. Appointment Cancellations

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • Telehealth Appointments:

      • 24-hour Notice: For telehealth appointments, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations.

      • Late Cancellations: Cancellations received within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee of $100.00 or may be forfeited.

  • Emergencies:

    • In case of an emergency, please contact the Practitioner as soon as possible.

    • The Practitioner will work with you to reschedule the appointment where possible.

3. Product Refunds

  • Refund Eligibility:

    • Change of Mind: Refunds for change of mind are generally not provided for products.

    • Faulty or Damaged Goods: If a product is received faulty or damaged, the Practitioner will offer a refund or replacement.

    • Incorrect Order: If the wrong product is received, the Practitioner will arrange for the correct product to be sent and may offer a return shipping label for the incorrect item.

  • Return Process:

    • To request a refund, please contact the Practitioner within 14 days of receiving the product.

    • You may be required to return the product to the Practitioner at your own expense.

    • The Practitioner will assess the return and process the refund within 30 business days.

4. Exceptions

The Practitioner reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy in certain circumstances, at their sole discretion.

This Cancellations and Refunds Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
